Five main parts of the water color pen:Pen tube,cotton core,back cover,front cover,pen head can be sent to the track by five independent shaking plates.

The ink is injected by the injection syringe,the volume adjusted by the caliper,easy and accuracy.

Mechanical transmission,tight structure,stable performance.

Every motion is controlled by photoelectric sensor to ensure the quality of each product.

Work-flow

1.The pen tube into the assemble track

2.The ink injected into the cotton core

3.The cotton core into the pen tube

4.Inspecting the cotton core has ink or not

5.Put the bottom cap on the pen tube

6.Inspecting the bottom cap

7.The pen head into the pen tube

8.Inspecting the pen head position

9.Put the top cap

10.Inspecting the top cap position
